Logan and Blaine are high school sweet hearts who met on a beach trip in Florida and have been together ever since. When they reached out to me about capturing their wedding season, I was instantly drawn to their energy, their love and adoration for each other, and their beautifully crafted wedding weekend vision.

We kicked off their wedding weekend with a beautiful welcome drinks and rehearsal dinner at the Atlanta National Golf Club hosted by Blaines parents. Seeing their family and friends give speech after speech about their love story and personalities was so special and I was grateful to have a first hand account of their story before the wedding day.

For their wedding design, brought to life by one of my favorite wedding florists, Bloom and Ivy Weddings, Logan chose a variety of blue and white hydrangeas and classic neutral florals. For wedding day details images, I brought one of my favorite french toile styling mats for stationary shots and jewelry photos. Logan and her girls wore coordinating pajamas to match the beautiful blue bridesmaids dresses.

One of my favorite things that Logan did during her wedding day was a first look with her grandmother, while her younger sister and Mom got to watch from afar. It was such a beautiful scene to witness and photograph. She also did a first look with her bridal party, father and brother, and then private vows and a first touch with Blaine in lieu of seeing each other before the ceremony. I always love when couples opt to wait to see each other at the ceremony, it is such a special moment.

For couples portraits, Little River Farms is a wonderful option for a venue that has a multitude of portrait locations with excellent lighting. My favorite onsite locations are in front of the pond next to the gazebo, and with the venue in the background. Here are a few of my favorite portraits.

With larger bridal parties, it is important to prioritize fun and efficient posing for them so that you can easily transition into couples portraits. Their wedding party was so kind and made for such memorable imagery.

Their reception details were a perfect coordination to their wedding colors.

Cheers to the Millers!
